Daniel Wei is a senior executive with nearly three decades of experience in consumer marketing, retail and eCommerce, CRM, and IT management. His expertise lies in strategic planning, launching new businesses, and managing innovation. Currently, he holds the position of Senior Vice President at Teleperformance Infinity, where he assists key clients in developing comprehensive consumer engagement strategies for direct-to-consumer (DTC) and marketplace marketing, as well as CRM operations throughout the consumer lifecycle.
Before joining Teleperformance, Daniel spent eleven years at The Walt Disney Company in various senior executive positions within the Asia Pacific and Japan region. He served as Executive Director of Disney Store China, Head of Disney China CRM, and CIO for Disney Consumer Products in the AsiaPac Japan Region. During his time at Disney, he played a pivotal role in launching Disney Store to the Chinese market. Additionally, he initiated the first Disney CRM program in China.
Daniel Wei earned his Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He also holds a Corporate Innovation Certificate from Stanford. Furthermore, he is certified in CX Professionals by Forrester and holds an APICS CPIM certification in operations management.
